Famous former rapper Logic claimed in an Instagram story that he “bought 6 million in Bitcoin, last month.”

The Grammy-nominated music artist called his investment a “YOLO” moment in his life, ending the short video with “f*ck it.” Logic is known for controversy so it’s no surprise that he decided to jump into Bitcoin.

Better known by his stage name Logic or Robert Bryson Hall II is just one of the latest celebs to invest in a cryptocurrency, in this case, Bitcoin.

“My $6 million in Bitcoin last month. F*** it. YOLO. Seriously,” he said. The asset traded under $13,500 as of October and has risen nearly 25% to its current $18,600 since.

To commemorate his Bitcoin purchase, Logic changed the name of his account on Twitter to “Bobby Bitcoin.” Robert tweeted out, “call me Bobby Bitcoin.”

The retired rapper also tweeted out, “Alright f*** Twitter I’m going to play chess and count my Bitcoin,” to his 2.4 million followers, giving immense exposure for BTC. Although he hasn’t disclosed the precise date when he made the purchase of Bitcoins, it’s already obvious that his BTC position is well in profit. The primary cryptocurrency’s lowest price in October was around $10,000, while its highest peak was a bit over $14,000. In other words, even if Logic had bought at October’s peak, Bitcoin has increased by at least $4,000 since then.

Logic joins over a dozen celebrities who have gotten involved in cryptocurrency, with Maisie Williams being one of the latest before him.
